Your purchases will be shipped swiftly upon placing your order. Please ensure you have included the correct shipping address. We use Australia Post and delivery times may vary depending on your location. Within Australia shipping is $5aud per order. This will be added at the checkout. All International orders have a $15aud shipping fee, this will be added at the checkout.

Returns and Refunds .

Customer satisfaction is very important to The Butterfly Collector. We carefully check and wrap your order before it is mailed. Please contact us within seven days of receiving your item/s if you are unhappy with your purchase. All sales are final as most items are one of a kind but we will happily send a store credit or replacement if possible upon evaluation of the item. To complete your return we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
